CAP Transactions LLC was founded in 2022 by Emily Goodwin. Emily has been in the real estate industry since 2017 and is passionate about increasing efficiencies and providing the highest quality transaction support to agents.

EMILY GOODWIN
Emily has always been drawn to working in a hands-on field that requires strong attention to detail, and had a successful career as a Pastry Chef working at several award winning restaurants in Denver. She eventually migrated over to the craft beer industry and was the Operations Manager of a brewery for several years, managing the day to day operations and being an overall Jill-of-all-trades. Deciding that she had her fill of empty carbs, she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.
Since 2017 she has been diligently working alongside numerous agents, consistently going above and beyond to help them seamlessly get to the Closing table. She is a Colorado native who enjoys the great outdoors, the occasional empty carb, and spending time with her husband and numerous pets.

CHELSEA PINEDO
Chelsea began her journey at Haskell University, where she discovered her passion for social work. She spent many years working for DCCCA Inc. helping people and making a positive impact in their lives. In early 2020, she found a new passion in helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. She has since served as the sole transaction coordinator for over 450 transactions for a top-producing team, ensuring clients receive the best service, seamless communication, and minimal disruptions, all to ensure a smooth closing process.
Born and raised in Kansas,, Chelsea has a deep appreciation for its sunflower fields and for spending quality time outdoors with her family, her two daughters, and her dog Jack. She enjoys gardening, cooking dinner, and having Casey’s donuts whenever she gets the chance!
